# SEO & Content Specialist

About the Role
Amen Security is looking for an SEO & Content Specialist to own our organic search strategy and produce high-quality blog content that drives traffic, builds authority, and generates leads for our MSP and cybersecurity services.
What You Will Do
- Develop and execute SEO strategies targeting Managed IT Services, Cybersecurity, and MSP-related keywords in Canada
- Write, edit, and publish 4-8 blog posts per month on topics like threat intelligence, compliance, cloud migration, and IT infrastructure
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and technical SEO audits
- Optimize existing content for featured snippets, SERP features, and conversion
- Manage on-page SEO: meta titles, descriptions, internal linking, schema markup
- Track rankings, organic traffic, and conversion metrics via Google Analytics / Search Console
- Collaborate with the sales team to align content with the buyer journey

Requirements
- 2+ years of hands-on SEO experience (agency or in-house)
- Proven track record of ranking content on page 1 for competitive B2B keywords
- Strong writing skills
- Familiarity with SEO tools: Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Google Search Console
- Understanding of HTML/CSS basics and CMS platforms
- Bilingual English/French is a strong asset

Nice to Have
- Experience in MSP, IT services, or cybersecurity content marketing
- Knowledge of technical SEO: Core Web Vitals, crawl budget, structured data
- Experience with A/B testing and CRO for organic landing pages
