## How It Works
- You introduce a potential client to Amen Security.
- We handle the full assessment, proposal, and project delivery.
- Once your referral converts into a signed project and the client pays, you receive your commission within 7 business days.
- No cap on referrals — refer as many clients as you like.

## Commission Tiers

Commission rates range from 10% to 30% depending on the client type and project scope. The exact percentage is agreed in writing before engagement begins.
- **Standard Referral** — 10% of the first project value. For standard client referrals.
- **Preferred Partner** — 20% of the first project value. For partners who regularly refer clients.
- **Strategic Partner** — 30% of the first project value. For high-volume or exclusive referral arrangements.

## Referral Partner Agreement
- Amen Security agrees to pay a commission (10%–30%) of the first project value for every referred client who converts into a signed, paid project.
- Commission is paid within 7 business days after the client's payment is received by Amen Security.
- There is no limit on the number of referrals. Partners may refer as many clients as they wish.
- If the client requests a refund under the Amen Security guarantee, no commission will be paid for that project.
- The Partner is responsible only for introducing the client. Project delivery and support are handled entirely by Amen Security.
- This agreement may be terminated by either party at any time with written notice. Outstanding commissions for completed projects will still be paid.
- No commission is paid for introductions or leads that do not convert into a signed, paid project. Only a referral that becomes a paying project qualifies.

### When do I get paid?

Within 7 business days after Amen Security receives the client’s payment for the referred project.

### Do I need to manage the project?

No. You introduce the client; we handle assessment, proposal, delivery, and support.

### How is the commission rate set?

We agree the rate (10%–30%) in writing before the engagement starts, based on volume and relationship.

### Do I earn commission on every lead I send?

No. Commission is paid only after the referred client converts into a signed project and pays. Introductions that do not convert do not earn a commission.
