Project overview

A 40-seat Manitoba healthcare clinic needed to leave on-prem Exchange without risking a full-weekend outage. Amir KH led infrastructure assessment, backup validation, and rack-to-workstation network planning; Pouya K built the migration runbooks, Entra ID app registrations, and a lightweight status dashboard the office manager could follow in real time.

Challenge

Exchange 2016 on aging hardware, tape backups nobody trusted, and three postponed migration attempts with a previous vendor. Clinical staff could not tolerate another “maybe Sunday” cutover.
