These Terms of Service govern your use of amensecurity.ca and the Amen Security client support portal. They do not replace a signed master services agreement, statement of work, or other contract for managed IT or professional services.

Acceptance
By accessing or using this website or portal, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site. Where you use the portal on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
Permitted use
You may use the site for lawful business purposes — to learn about our services, contact us, apply for roles, read published content, and access portal features made available to you. You must not attempt to disrupt the site, probe systems without authorization, scrape content in a way that impairs service, upload malware, or use the site to harass others or violate applicable law.
Site content & intellectual property
Text, graphics, logos, case studies, and other materials on this site are owned by Amen Security or used with permission. You may view and share links to public pages, but you may not copy, modify, or republish substantial portions for commercial use without our written consent. Blog comments you submit may be moderated before publication.
Professional services
Descriptions of services, pricing ranges, and timelines on this site are informational and may change. Managed IT, cloud, cybersecurity, and related work is provided only under a separate written agreement that defines scope, fees, service levels, and responsibilities. Nothing on this website creates a binding service commitment by itself.
Client portal
Portal access is provided for support and document delivery tied to an existing client relationship. You are responsible for safeguarding verification codes, trusted-device settings, and any credentials issued to you. We may suspend portal access to address abuse, security concerns, or non-payment under an active services agreement.
Browser notifications
Optional browser notifications are offered separately from the cookie notice and require your explicit permission in the browser. If enabled, they are used for service-related updates such as support replies — not unrelated mass marketing.
Disclaimers
The site and portal are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We strive to keep information accurate but do not warrant that every page, download, or automated response is complete, current, or error-free. Technical guidance on the site is general in nature and not a substitute for an assessment of your environment.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Amen Security and its directors, employees, and contractors are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the website or portal, including loss of profits, data, or business interruption. Our total liability for website-related claims is limited to one hundred Canadian dollars (CAD $100) unless a higher amount is required by law that cannot be limited by contract.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Amen Security from claims, damages, and reasonable legal costs arising from your misuse of the site or portal, your violation of these terms, or content you submit (including blog comments) that infringes the rights of others.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Manitoba and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in Manitoba shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes relating to these website terms, except where consumer protection law in your province requires otherwise.
Changes
We may revise these terms at any time by posting an updated version on this page. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date. Your continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
