CRM Product Manager
Product & Operations · Remote / Worldwide · Full-time
August 19, 2026
About the Role
Amen Security is looking for a CRM Product Manager to help turn customer, sales, support, and delivery workflows into a CRM people can trust. You will connect business goals with practical product decisions across our MSP, web, apps, and cybersecurity work.
What You'll Own
- Shape the CRM roadmap around customer experience, sales visibility, support handoffs, and delivery operations
- Understand how teams work today, identify friction, and turn it into clear product priorities
- Partner with engineering, operations, marketing, and leadership on improvements that people will actually adopt
- Define useful workflows for leads, accounts, opportunities, tickets, renewals, and customer communication
- Coordinate integrations, data quality, permissions, reporting, and automation without losing sight of privacy
- Write clear requirements, acceptance criteria, rollout notes, and lightweight documentation
- Measure adoption and outcomes, then keep improving the product based on evidence and user feedback
What We Are Looking For
We are interested in people who can combine product judgment, customer empathy, and operational follow-through. Experience with CRM platforms, SaaS products, MSP or professional-services workflows, automation, analytics, or internal tools is valuable. A perfect title history is not required — show us how you have improved a system, process, or customer experience.
How You Work
- You can make a complicated workflow understandable and choose what matters first
- You listen to users, ask good questions, and communicate decisions clearly
- You are comfortable working across technical and non-technical teams
- You care about privacy, permissions, data quality, and maintainable processes
- You take ownership without needing every detail prescribed in advance
What We Offer
This role comes with a strong, highly competitive benefits package and a high-trust remote working environment. We keep the final details practical and specific to the person, role, country, timezone, and employment or contractor arrangement rather than publishing one-size-fits-all promises. You can expect meaningful ownership, room to grow, senior-team access, and the opportunity to improve systems used by a real operating company.
Worldwide Applications
Qualified applicants from any country are welcome to apply. Send your resume, LinkedIn profile, and a short message about the CRM or product problems you would like to own. Work authorization, timezone overlap, and the final engagement structure will be discussed with suitable candidates.
