About the Role

Amen Security is hiring a Digital Marketing Specialist to plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns that generate qualified leads for our MSP and cybersecurity services across Canada.

What You'll Do

Plan and manage paid campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads) with focus on lead generation and ROI
Build and maintain email marketing funnels — newsletters, drip campaigns, re-engagement sequences
Manage social media presence: LinkedIn, Twitter/X, and industry forums
Create landing pages and conversion-optimized content for campaigns
Track and report on KPIs: cost-per-lead, conversion rate, ROAS, pipeline attribution
Coordinate with the SEO & Content Specialist to align organic and paid strategies
Manage marketing automation workflows (HubSpot, Mailchimp, or similar)
Research industry events, webinars, and partnership opportunities

Requirements

2+ years of digital marketing experience in B2B / technology / MSP sectors
Hands-on experience with Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and email marketing platforms
Data-driven mindset — you read dashboards, not guesses
Strong copywriting skills for ad copy, email subject lines, and CTAs
Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools
Bilingual English/French is a strong asset

Nice to Have

Experience marketing managed services, cybersecurity, or IT infrastructure
Google Ads / HubSpot certifications
Experience with webinar marketing and event coordination
Basic design skills for ad creatives (Canva, Figma)
