About the Role

Amen Security is looking for an SEO & Content Specialist to own our organic search strategy and produce high-quality blog content that drives traffic, builds authority, and generates leads for our MSP and cybersecurity services.

What You'll Do

Develop and execute SEO and GEO (generative engine optimization) strategies targeting Managed IT Services, Cybersecurity, and MSP-related keywords in Canada and the United States
Write, edit, and publish 4–8 blog posts per month on topics like threat intelligence, compliance, cloud migration, and IT infrastructure
Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and technical SEO audits
Optimize existing content for featured snippets, SERP features, and conversion
Manage on-page SEO: meta titles, descriptions, internal linking, schema markup
Track rankings, organic traffic, and conversion metrics via Google Analytics / Search Console
Collaborate with the sales team to align content with the buyer journey

Requirements

2+ years of hands-on SEO experience (agency or in-house)
Proven track record of ranking content on page 1 for competitive B2B keywords
Strong writing skills — you can turn technical topics into readable, engaging blog posts
Familiarity with SEO tools: Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Google Search Console
Understanding of HTML/CSS basics and CMS platforms (WordPress, headless CMS)
Bilingual English/French is a strong asset

Nice to Have

Experience in MSP, IT services, or cybersecurity content marketing
Knowledge of technical SEO: Core Web Vitals, crawl budget, structured data
Experience with A/B testing and CRO for organic landing pages
