Do you offer professional installation for Your systems?

While Our products are designed for easy DIY installation, we partner with certified technicians in major cities who can provide professional installation services for an additional fee. Contact our support team for availability in your area.

Technical Support

How do I connect Your cameras to multiple devices?

The Our app allows sharing access with up to 10 devices. Simply go to App Settings > Manage Account > Add User and enter their email. They'll receive an invitation to view your cameras.

How does Camera's night vision perform?

cameras feature 850nm infrared LEDs providing clear night vision up to 25 feet. The Outdoor models include enhanced IR illumination for larger areas. All cameras automatically switch to night vision in low light.

Do you offer volume discounts for businesses?

All Our products come with a 1-year limited warranty from the manufacturer. We provide extended warranty options at checkout that add 1-2 years of additional coverage including accidental damage protection.

What's your return policy?

We offer a 30-day no-questions-asked return policy. Items must be in original condition with all packaging. Return shipping is free for defective items. Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days of receipt.
