• By accessing or using any Amens Security services, websites, or products (collectively 'Services'), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
• These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Amens Security Inc. If you do not agree, you may not use our Services.
• We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

22. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.

33. Service Usage

• Our Services are intended for lawful security monitoring purposes only.
• You agree not to: Reverse engineer our systems, Use our Services for illegal surveillance, Resell access without authorization.
• We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms.

44. Products & Purchases

• All product specifications are subject to change without notice.
• Prices are in USD and exclude applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• We reserve the right to limit quantities and refuse service.

55. Intellectual Property

• All content, trademarks, and patents are owned by or licensed to Amens Security.
• You may not use our branding without express written permission.
• Security footage remains your property; we claim no rights to your recordings.

66. Limitation of Liability

• Amens Security is not liable for: Indirect damages, Lost profits, Data loss, Security breaches beyond our control.
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for Services in the past 12 months.
• Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations of liability, so these may not apply to you.

77. Governing Law

• These terms are governed by the laws of Manitoba, Canada.
• Disputes will be resolved in Winnipeg courts.
• The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply.
