Product Description

The TOPENS M12 Remote Control is a compact, 4-button wireless transmitter designed to operate all TOPENS swing and sliding gate openers. This 2-pack offers secure, ergonomic control with a durable metal frame and keychain attachment for easy portability. Each remote provides a reliable 65-foot operating range and uses advanced TOPENS rolling code technology to prevent unauthorized access.

Programming is simple—just press the pairing button on your gate opener’s control board. The M12 also supports third-party gate systems that accept “Normally Open Dry Contact” signals when paired with the ERM12 external receiver (sold separately). Each gate opener can pair with up to 8 M12 remotes natively, or up to 250 via ERM12.

Button B activates midway mode for sliding gates, while buttons C and D can be programmed for separate gate operators. Powered by two CR2025 lithium button cells (included), each remote lasts up to one year with typical use.
